Column Charts
Column charts are the most popular method of displaying room utilisation data. All charts can be displayed in either 2-D or 3-D.
-
Bar Charts
Bar charts are especially useful for displaying space utilisation data for objects that have similar room utilisation targets.
-
Line Charts
Line charts display timetable profile reports particularly well, as they display an instant view of room utilisation by day of the week.
-
Column / Line Charts
Column / Line charts are great for comparing actual with target room utilisation, where the columns represent actual utilisation and the line represents the target utilisation.
-
Pie Charts
Pie charts are especially suited to graphically displaying space utilisation reports where there are few objects, for example Campus, Precinct or Room Type reports.
-
Scatter Charts
Although not widely used, scatter charts can display space utilisation reports clearly where there is a comparison to be made between actual and target usage of space.
